Glossy and conditioned hair
I would have given this conditioner 5* , however I found the design of the bottle opening slightly flawed. The diameter of the dispenser opening is slightly too wide for the consistency and flow of the conditioner. Without applying any pressure, the condioner flows out of the opening quickly, meaning there is a lot of wastage, which is less than ideal especially as this condioner is expensive. The conditioner itself is wonderful. My hair looks and feels nourished, healthy, smoother and vibrant (I also purchased the shampoo and hair oil). I saw results immediately after my 1st application. Highly recommend.

Amazing Product - Shocking Packaging
I love this conditioner. I pair with the Ouai detox shampoo and my hair feels amazing. It is super soft and gives a good shine, without the greasiness. My biggest issue, however, is the packaging being a screw top, mixed with the very thin consistency of the conditioner means its an absolute faff to try and use. This needs to be a flip cap or even better, a pumped product.

Great conditioner! I was eager to try this new line but was initially hesitant about the scent since I’m not a fan of rosy fragrances. However, it turned out to be fresh and pleasant. It tames your hair, adds a nice shine, and works really well. My only drawback is the new plastic bottle packaging—it feels lighter and cheaper compared to the older Kérastase conditioners I own.
