Formulated with Amino Acids, a Wheat Protein derivative and Ceramide R, the shampoo will cleanse and strengthen your hair, whilst the Pro-Keratin formula will restore the integrity of the hair. Creating an even surface area, it'll leave your hair with a soft texture and a frizz-free finish.
Discipline Fondant Fluidealiste (200ml)
Discipline Fondant Fluidealiste will leave your hair feeling soft and supple, whilst helping to protect against frizz and humidity for up to 72 hours. Boasting a Pro-Keratin formula, the conditioner will restore and re-establish the integrity of the hair, whilst a blend of Amino Acids, a Wheat Protein derivative and Ceramide R will create an even surface layer and produce a frizz-free finish.
Discipline Maskeratine (200ml)
The hair mask is a rich and luxurious treatment that will provide your hair with intensive conditioning and nourishment, whilst protecting against humidity and frizz. Boasting a pro-keratin formula, it helps to repair your hair from the inside out to produce tresses that are more manageable. Frizz will be reduced and your hair will have increased fluidity.
Shampoo: Apply to wet hair and massage into a lather. Rinse thoroughly.
Conditioner: Apply to wet hair after shampooing. Leave in for 1-2 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.
Mask: Apply to washed, towel-dried hair. Massage into the hair from roots to ends. Leave in for 3-5 minutes. Rinse.

I bought this bundle after reading someone else’s recommendation. I wore the hair mask over night with a shower cap on my head to prevent it from drying in hard. I have since bought this bundle 3 times and it has changed my hair. It is thicker and stronger. I have bleached my hair for years and it was always frizzy before I straightened it. Now it is not frizzy and I don’t always need to straighten it. It’s defo worth the money!

Discipline line
I have tried a couple of Kerastase products lines. Discipline is perfect for making your hair easy to blow dry etc, however, this line makes my hair feel dirty even if i shampoo them multiple time. I have tried the shampoo 3-4 times, but very time I had to rewash them after the hair is dry:( Probably, my hair type is not suitable for this line, but if your scalp has a tendency to be oily, I would not recommend this line. Additionally the discipline hair mask is perfect to make your hair “behave”, it will not give your hair nutrition, but it will help significantly with making up your hair. My hair felt heavy and healthy after the usage. Overall, I liked the mask and the conditioner, but the shampoo is not working for me.

These products have transformed my hair! They all smell lovely and the scent lasts in my hair post-shower. Shampoo- thick and creamy. You can find tutorials on how to use this on YouTube. It recommends to use a very small amount but I use more due on my long and thick hair. It lathers well in the hair, leaving it soft and shiny when dried and styled. As it is a thicker consistency, I have found that if I don't wash it out very well (especially at the very front of my hairline), I can get quite bad dandruff. I know this is something I am doing as my hairdresser uses this on me and I never have an issue then. Conditioner- has a cottage cheese texture, have found that it works best when you leave it in for a few minutes. Sometimes I have washed it out too early and it has left my hair feeling a bit scraggly in the shower. Mask- has really helped to transform my hair! The YouTube tutorial tells you to apply to lengths and ends and then twist, leave in for 5 minutes or more. I do just this and washing it out is probably my favourite part of showering, as I feel it really seals my ends together and leaves it incredibly soft! Amazing product!
