I used it for 3 months and haven't noticed any difference. I am extremely dissapointed with all kerastase products. I have curly frizzy hair and kerastase was the worst desicion ever!! I've tried so many of kerastase products and all of them didn't change anything!! Don't waste your money

Love love love
I was a lover of Virtue conditioner which I do love but it’s so pricey. This is amazing and half the price a tub! Makes my hair less fly away and smooth as silk. Love there is no sulphur in the discipline range. I use with shampoo and conditioner and use the mask afterwards once a week

Best mask!
What an absolute Godsend! I enjoy using the matching shampoo and conditioner but find the conditioner still leaves my ends a little straggly. I apply the mask and do so as instructed by the 'how to apply' videos on the Kerastase YouTube channel (applying to lengths and ends, then twist and leave for 5 minutes+). I wash my body and let it sit. My hair immediately feels SO soft when rinsing it out and I really feel like the product 'activates' in the 5 minutes I leave it in. Thoroughly recommend if you suffer from dry/split ends. It is a bit of money, but I can't imagine using my hair without it now. It also smells like a luxurious trip to the salon in the comfort of your own shower. Love it!
