I love using this brilliant product from Kerastase. I use the Kerastase Discipline Fluidissime Spary daily as I have naturally curly hair that can become frizzy so I spray directly onto my damp hair each morning and comb through which is so easy to do as I am busy Mum working fulltime. The spray is wonderfully light and very conditioning which helps to calm my frizzy curls. The Fluidissime Spray literally adds a calming finish to my hair together with a smooth shine that helps my hair and curls to look great each day. I would recommend this product to use as a leave in spray daily to help hair retain a smooth shining condition for both curly and straight hair. I also use Kerastase

I have a mass of long red curls. I use a lot of Kérastase, I love their products and so does my hair. I do however struggle with fizz at times, which is due to my hair’s rebellious nature. This spray is awesome! I haven’t used it in a while as I have been using the thermique crime instead, I had forgotten just how good it is!! Being a spray, it makes it dead easy to l evenly disTribute the product from root to end. The product dries light and is quite soft to the touch.
