Worth the money
I have fine greying hair which I regularly colour, it can be left frizzy and a little dry using other brands. I’ve tried so many products including other Kerestasse ranges but keep coming back to Discipline. This leaves my hair smooth with out being too heavy making it much easier to straighten or curl as I’ve just had balayage. It much better when I encounter humidity as well especially if followed by the heat protecting blow dry cream.

I was recommended this by my hair dresser and it does not disappoint. I use the sulphate free version due to having some hair extensions bonds in. And they stay in fabulous condition as well as my natural hair. Will continue to use, I love it!
