Somewhere in the middle - to water, or not to water
Not a fan of cleansing balms personally, I always find them thick and unable to take makeup off to any great success. I am a lazy cleanser and prefer a one-step product. This would probably do well if you double-cleanse but on its own, required a decent splash of micellar water afterwards to get my face really clean.
