I'm in my middle 20s and I still get bad spots from time to time, I tried many spots treatment gels and lotions, nothings works better than this! I wash my face and pop the spot then put this on straight away. I usually leave it on for half day, let it do its job. When I take the sticker off, my spot is 80% gone. These are some of the best acne patches I've used to prevent touching / stressing my skin further. They're super light so good for daytime use if you're looking to go out and about; the transparency helps to 'blur' the skin slightly too so your redness is reduced. Make sure to apply to a dry area though otherwise they won't stick!

The best pimple stickers
I’ve tried a few brands of pimple stickers before but COSRX are definitely the best. The sticker really helps to reduce the inflammation of a pimple. It also keeps the area clean as well. They’re really subtle and I have worn one in public before and you could barely see it! They’re a great size as well, but COSRX also do another pack of stickers that come in different sizes too. I’ve repurchased these so many times, they’re just so useful when you have a breakout.
