I've bought this product on repeat, and so it deserves the full 5 stars as it's not often I stick to the same product - so it must be good. I have been tempted by other patches which I have found to be not as good. These are really thin so you forget you're even wearing them and they stay put once applied. I find that applying one when a spot starts appearing really nips them in the bud and spots clear up much quicker.
