I've always struggled to find heat/protection products for my hair as its not straight nor curly, slightly frizzy and thick. My hairdressers used Dream Coat on my hair afew weeks ago and I found it incredibly lightweight, didn't feel like I had lots of product in my hair and also felt my colour was more vibrant.
