Great product
Very effective as a first step to thoroughly take off makeup and sunscreen .I go in with a forming cleanser afterwards as I have acne prone skin and wouldn’t want to risk breaking out. I used to use oils in place of it before, and they always broke me out even with a second cleanse.This hasn’t broken me out.

It does what is says on the tin, it dissolves make up! Yay, but looking carefully at the ingredients list which is very short! It does worry me a lot as the first ingredient side effect is clogging pores as it is pure fat. Just for context, I always double cleanse, 1st balm/2nd Clarisonic The texture and experience were the worst for me, it literally felt like I was rubbing lard on my face, sooo greasy! Nope nope nope thanks. I tried this product as an alternatice to my Elemis cleansing balm and no doubt that I will go back to it in a heartbeat! In fact straight after testing this Clinique product, I went to buy elemis again. I also did not like the no fragrance, it smells like nothing which is confusing! For someone on a budget, go somewhere else, the Vichy make up remover is better for example, there’s a lot of option out there. This product is going straight into the bad bin for me!

It is good but...
It is really good cleanser from commercial mass market brands. It cleanses well however as i have oily skin i still could feel this oil leftover on my skin and irritated my eyes. I bought it just to remove spf from my skin. Good value for price will suit better dry skins though

This product is amazing at getting every bit of make up off so quickly, even strong waterproof make up that I normally have the run at each eye for 5 minutes is just a quick job with the balm. Although does feel greasy on your face when your run it in but what do you expect when it's got oil in that break down the make up, but other than that it's an amazing product.
