I had previously used balm cleansers with Elemis and Farmacy. Quite good but I always had to go over it twice because of mascara residue. I saw everyone rave about Clinique take the day off and decided to go for it. It's not scented but my goodness this balm is a magic trick. A tiny scoop , a quick massage, a warm rinse and my face was squeaky clean. No residue. I didn't even use my flannel. I finished the whole 2 step ritual with a face wash and tadahhh!

I absolutely love this product. I've used TTDO liquid for years, but mostly for eye make up. I tried this earlier this year & love the way it removes everything. I apply to fingertips & then massage my whole face every evening, concentrating on my eyes then remove all with a damp flannel. Everything comes off first time. I then follow with a milk cleanser then moisturize for bed. I am totally converted. Great for a lovely face massage too x

Absolutely love this! I have oily skin and find this doesn’t make my skin feel tight after I used it. I have used about 4 now. So good at removing everything off even my eye makeup. You don’t need a lot, a little goes a long way. I also love to decanter it into a smaller pot when I travel - I tend to use the pot of this you get with the free gift when Clinique have their goodie bag offer (in stores) 10/10 from me. Can easily take off all my makeup and stubborn mascara and comes off so quickly as well.
