Gentle but a weird smell
I switched from number 2 in the toner range because I could kind of "taste" the alcohol in it and my cheeks were a teeny bit red after using. This one is very gentle and my skin is definitely less red. I'm not sure if it is as effective as the others, but my skin does appear clean and soft. Unfortunately I cannot get on board with the smell. It's like the lack of perfume/alcohol means all you smell is the plastic packaging. While that doesn't last, it still isn't pleasant, hence 4 stars

A must have product!
My skin can be dry and sensitive and this is one toning product that has never irritated my face. I’ve been using it for years. It’s so mild and gentle, but at the same time it actually works. I always have to have some in my reserve stock in the cupboard. I don’t know what I would do if it was ever discontinued!

Perfect Toner For My Sensitive Skin
My skin has become increasingly dry and sensitive with age and this is the only toner/gently exfoliating product that I can tolerate. It improves the flakiness and appearance of my face and I would not be without it so I hope it is never discontinued!
