Doesn’t work for everyone

I have very dry and sensitive skin, this moisturiser is OK? Its super light weight and absorbs super quick, but I don't think it gives me enough hydration that my skin needs... I have to sometimes do 2 layers to feel the hydration. However for the price and the size of the product I think it's good.
