Ok so I bough this since everyone seems to be raving about this brand however, I did not research which one would be best for me and simply clicked for Cerave. This is good but I believe this particular one is aimed at people with very dry to dry skin. I have combination skin and found this to be too thick in constituency. Since buying this I have also bought other products from Cerave (after researching based on my skin type) and they work amazing but this one in particular I guess just wasn't aimed at my skin type but it still works. I ended up using this on my legs and well it worked great and my skin really absorbed it whereas on my face it sort of stayed on top and not fully absorb.

Really impressed with this. Had read mixed reviews about it prior to purchasing but took the risk and am glad I did! I suffer from slight acne and was worried this would make it worse but since been out in the sunshine a lot more recently I needed the extra moisture my usual acne treatment one wasn't providing...but so far I think it's actually helped! It's very mosisturizing without feeling greasy on my skin. I read a few reviews that said it really made eyes sting which concerned me as I have very sensitive eyes anyway but it doesn't seem to bother mine away all. Will definitely repurchase when I run out!

Great moisturiser
This is a really lovely, no-fuss product. I would recommend it for evening application unless you have very dry or dehydrated skin, in which case you could use it in the morning too. It's the perfect moisturiser if you want to use a Vit A and not totally dry out your skin. Very emollient and hydrating.

I originally had very oily skin with lots of blackheads and big pores. Recently, my skin has been going through a transition period i guess because i’m aging or something lol and I had to switch my skin care products to something richer and more moisterising and i decided to give Cerave a chance bc i heard so many good things about the brand and it’s cheap. I’ve been using this cream and I’m kind of blown away. This is the best facial moisteriser i’ve ever had. I thought it might bring me back to my oily days (was hoping for that tbh bc i don’t know how to deal with dry skin and i’m kind of freaking out) but this cream really just sunk into my skin and made my skin have just the right amount of hydration. My skin is so much smoother and calmer. I’ve been using it day and night i’m afraid i’ll run out of it too soon. I think this cream might also be suitable for more sensitive skin types as well bc my skin sometimes gets a little red and too tingly due to some skin care products and this cream calmed my skin down immediately. Interestingly, the other Cerave product I bought (foaming cleanser for normal to oily skin) isn’t working out for me, it irritates my skin.

I’ve been using cerave for about a year now and I absolutely love it- I used to use the lotion ( good if you have combination skin) but that wasn’t thick enough for my crusty skin 😂 so if you have really dry skin I really recommend this because it’s thick and even though it’s small u don’t need to use a lot at all because of the consistency. I have acne prone skin and this doesn’t break me out either. Recommended :)
