Suitable for normal to dry skin types, CeraVe’s Hydrating Cleanser with Hyaluronic Acid is a gentle formula that helps to effectively remove makeup and impurities, without stripping the skin of moisture.
The cleanser is powered by a blend of hyaluronic acid and three essential ceramides to help protect against dryness and nourish the skin barrier function. Lightweight and non-comedogenic, the cleanser helps to leave skin feeling refreshed.

A Cult Favourite For A Reason
This is loved by skincare fanatics and its easy to see why, first discovered this when Caroline Hirons Recommended it and I love it. If you're new to skincare this is the perfect starter cleanser, Gentle, Moisturising and non-drying. I find this is good enough to clean my face and take makeup off, without the need for a second cleanser.

So nourishing

Cleansing and hydrating
I use this as my morning and second cleanse in the evening. I live with my boyfriend so need to have something that suits both my combination and his dry skin for the shower and this is perfect. It gives a good cleanse without stripping the skin and works perfectly as a second cleanse in the evening. We've been using this for over a year now.

This is the 4th time I have repurchased this (larger size) cleanser. It is gorgeous and effective at cleansing my skin and leaving it so soft. It doesn’t remove make up properly
Even though I am using a cleansing balm as the first cleanse (the Drunk Elephant one) , after I use the Cerave I still end up with make up on my face. It feels nice on the face, it doesn’t seem to strip off the skin but that doesn’t really help the fact that I risk still sleeping with make up on my face if I don’t check properly.

I’m so annoyed that I bought the biggest bottle of this product based on positive reviews. This does not cleanse ANYTHING! It does not remove any makeup that may be left on your skin after using makeup remover and it leaves a horrible residue on your face - even after you’ve washed it off thoroughly. Really disappointed - a very poor product.
