Too moisturising
Was really excited to try this hyped cleanser but it broke me out horribly. Too moisturising for my skin and I also didn't like the consistency. I would recommend to try this only if one has really dry skin.

Must have for sensitive skin
When my skin is feeling angry I automatically reach for this. Its creamy, hydrating and does a decent job at removing make up. It's also a beautiful morning cleanse and never leave my skin feeling tight or dry. A must have for anyone with sensitive or dry skin!

Good cleanser
I use this when my skin is on the drier side or if it’s generally feeling more sensitive as using a foaming cleanser can be a bit too harsh. It does the job, cleanses better than I thought it would and makes my skin feel soft and smooth afterwards. The only downside is that I can’t use it consistently day and night as I wear makeup and feel that it does cleanse more effectively. Good product though!

Overrated
Was waiting for this cleanser and was quite disappointed after use. This product did not aid my skin in any way - it was just there. This cleanser is definitely designed for a morning routine because it is a real struggle to remove even the most basic make up. I only wear a bit of concealer under my eyes and some mascara but it took me at least 3 attempts to try and remove this makeup with this Cerave cleanser. I could still see some mascara under my eyes after that and had to follow with an alternative cleanser. It may work for some but I personally would not purchase this again.

Good for dry sensitive skin
I have been very keen on finding a cleanser that doesn't dry out already dry skin but that can remove dirt and makeup leftovers after a makeup remover. Of course, I saw the Cerave products all over TikTok and decided to give the cleanser a try. All I can say is that it’s definitely worth the hype! I noticed a difference in my skin within 3 or 4 days of using this cleanser - the hyaluronic acid in it has really helped to brighten and hydrate my skin which is brilliant to have in the first stage of my skincare routines. This will now be my go to cleanser. I use this in the morning as the first step in my skincare routine and in the evening as my second step after the DHC oil cleanser.
