Would recommend over and over to anyone that has dry irritated,sensitive skin. Extremely light and fresh,you feel clean after using the product. Would also recommend using along side the nourishing ant-irritation shower oil for added luxury. I use both daily (shower gel in mornings, oil at night) but when i need extra pampering,i use the shower gel first and follow with the oil,leaving the oil on my skin for a few minutes before rinsing off.
