Not for me
I was using a kerastase cream heat protectant that is amazing but wanted to try a cheaper alternative. What a mistake! This did nothing to my hair, other than made it feel very greasy after drying. Because I get my hair dyed (bleach balayage) I always want to keep my hair in good condition and healthy and it just didn’t feel nice when dried using this. I went a re purchased the kerastase one!

This feels like it is adding some goodness back to hair. I don't love it as a spray as the consistency of the product is thick so it doesn't spray evenly. I prefer to spray into my hands and to then distribute the product through my hair. Smells lovely too.
