Formula has changed!
This used to be reliable and excellent. The formula has changed (since 2019?) and now leaves hair feeling lank, dull, and dry - it’s like it doesn’t wash out properly. I am so sad I wasted money on this and now have shampoo I don’t want to use. Reader, beware!
