Charge for 3 hours using the handy USB charging cable. Once the device is fully charged, the blue flashing light will become solid.
Choose from one of the four heads to match your preferred massage - Bullet Head, Flat Head, Sphere Head and U-Shaped Head. Push the head firmly into the round hole as far as it will go - and when you want to remove, just pull.
Switch on by holding the power button for 3 seconds, which starts at level 1. We always recommend beginning at this level. Simply push once to level up.
Start gently! Place the massage gun lightly onto your chosen body area for a gentle treatment. Apply more pressure for greater intensity.
Customise your treatment by switching heads. Remember, this deep-tissue muscle gun might look cute but it’s a powerful device!
When you’re done, press and hold the power button to switch off.

Does the job
Interesting piece of kit. Pros •Well designed, looks good •Lightweight •Rechargeable •Powerful Cons •would be tricky to use on areas such as shoulders with limited mobility Overall a good buy. I have only been using a few minutes at a time to get used to the sensation - it left me feeling a bit queasy the first time! Great on shoulders, especially if you can find a willing someone to do it for you! Just build up slowly.

Excellent Massage Gun
This is my first time using a massage gun and this one is so easy to use. I love how it comes with interchangeable heads and different speed settings. I use this after exercise and it really supports my recovery. Can't recommend it enough!

Such a great massage gun and so easy to use! Love the different speeds and different attachments for different areas of the body, and that you can just recharge it rather than it being battery operated! Also love that it's pink, so cute!

Obssesed!
I can't stress how much this tool has relieved my muscles! I go to the gym at least 5 times a week and use this on my legs, arms and back. I love that you can adjust the strength setting and change the heads so you can experience different styles of massage - highly recommend!

Small and Mighty
Its small but powerful, really good for muscle pain/trapped nerves. Deeply massages the area and gives the correct amount of pressure to ease the tension. Highly recommend, amazing quality for the price.

Must have!
Tried the massage gun for the first time today and it is amazing, its smaller than most massage guns but is really powerful. Comes with the added bonus of a USB charger so can easily travel with it. The colour is really cute, and my favourite feature is the increased power when you apply pressure, really helps post workout :)

packs a punch!
Love this, it's actually a bit smaller than I thought but suits me better as it's easier to hold and move around when massaging yourself! It's also super powerful and you don't need batteries which is so much easier (just plug it in when you need to recharge). I really like the fact it has 4 different heads for different parts of your body e.g. shoulders/legs etc. Strongly recommend!!
