Impractical packaging
The tiny dropper bottles for the sample size make it look high-end, but it's impossible to get more than a drop or two of the actual product. A little does seem to go a long way, but it's impossible to judge its effectiveness from that amount of product - 5ml is tiny to begin with, but you're not accessing even that much. What I did manage to get seemed to feel nice and didn't upset my skin.
