Cleanse your butt with warm water and let dry. Open the foil sachet, and lay an avo sheet per cheek. We suggest lying on your front with each avo sheet spread taught, allowing the mask to work its magic for 20-30 minutes. Remove the masks and gently massage in the remaining essence.
