Wet and part hair. Take a pea sized amount of Caffeinated Scalp Scrub and massage into scalp. Continue to part and repeat until scalp is covered. Lather and rinse with shampoo. No waiting needed. For best results, follow with my Caffeinated Hair Mask. Repeat 2-3 times a week.

Sadly Two Stars Only
I am giving this a 2 star review! Unfortunately the coffee scrubbing granules were so fine that they remained in my hair and took forever to wash out. Perhaps if someone has fine hair the same wouldn't occur, however I have thick/wavy long hair. This was an incredibly small pouch and priced too high (£s) in my opinion. I LOVE Frank Body body exfoliants and have been using them for 3 years however this was a thumbs down. I will use the rest purely as a body scrub.

Great hair scrub!
This scrub smells amazing! Made my hair feel so clean and and fresh, however I did find it difficult to apply.
