I use all Estée Lauder eye makeup most of which is heavily waterproof. The remover I was previously using I was having to rub quite hard leaving my eyes red however this just needs a tiny amount and efficiently removes all traces, dries quickly so you can apply eye cream petty much straight away. Worth the extra money.
