Since long long time
Have used DCL products since ages ago. I had to break this item once because my resident country stop selling . And now I found it on the net so I’m happy to continue again this. Package has changed BUT product is effective then before. Guess that the laboratory has tried to improve it certainly. Highly recommend for dull skin and can feel resilient skin .
