Wring out the applicator before the 1st application on the lips for a milky effect. Repeat the operation twice for a colour block and no transfer result. Smudge it with fingers to get the bitten lips effect.

Love it!
I love the bourjois velvet lippies! They are by far the best liquid lipstick that I have used. The colour is gorgeous, I have Mauve, Nude, Red, Pink and Coral and it doesnt have that drying formula that many lip paints do. So much more affordable than many brands too.
