The 100% natural patches aim to provide slow-releasing alleviation for over 12 hours. Each pad is formulated from eucalyptus and peppermint-derived menthol oils, which helps to create a chilled tingle. Ergonomically designed to be thin and discreet, the patches are ideal for everyday use, or for being on-the-go.
Vegan and cruelty-free.
Place directly onto the skin. Make sure that you always remove the Monthly Patch with warm water. You can either remove these patches whilst in the shower or bath, at the end of your day or just before your day - or take a damp cloth and pat the patches until it is damp and peels off easily.

There is no miracle cure for period pains but this certainly helps. Use mainly at night. Easy, discreet and affordable.

These are a must if you struggle with periods! They’re so thin and discreet perfect for when you’re out and about! They don’t get rid of the pain completely but they definitely help!
