I have tryed many eyeliners in my 58 yrs however I have yet to find one that is actually waterproof and doesn't bleed into the outer corners and undereye within a few hours. I'm still looking

High pigment matte black eyeliner
It is a high pigment matte black eyeliner. However I found it smudged a bit. Can’t really use it as it doesn’t stay put :( shame

I really like this eyeliner, it is extremely soft, dark and easy to apply. However, it does smudge easily under the eye
