Aveda Be Curly Style-Prep makes styling simple and leaves hair soft, not “crunchy”. Wheat protein and organic aloe blends expand when hair is wet and retracts when dry to intensify curl or wave. Organic baobab and babassu oil and macadamia nut help seal and soften hair. Guar bean and plant-derived cellulose help maintain curly styles throughout the day, whilst certified organic lime, lemon, bergamot and orange create a light, refreshing aroma.
Directions of use:
- Apply daily after Aveda Be Curly Shampoo and Conditioner.
- To prepare hair for styling work a small amount of product in hands, apply evenly through damp hair and comb to distribute. Do not rinse out.

- To reactivate curls on non-shampoo days, dampen your hair and apply.

Aveda Curly Style Prep
I use the full range of Aveda Be Curly and find it one of the best products for my curls. I am able to just scrunch this in, follow it with the Curl Enhancer then leave it to dry naturally. One of the best ranges I've used, I've tried a few of the other brands with curly ranges but have found Aveda the best!

Really great product, I have tried quite a few different products to try to tame by thin frizzy loose curls and this one works great without leaving a residue. Would recommend

It’s OK
I don’t think this product adds anything when you use it with the curl enhancer. My hair looks better with an oil used with the curl enhancer.

Aveda Be Curly prep
Used in conjunction with the curl enhancer, this gives soft moisturised curls. I have thick coarse hair and this regime is one of the few that allows me to be able to run my fingers through my hair, it feels natural with no cast and does not leave my curls stringy. Smells lovely too, herbal citrus smell.

I bought this alongside the other be curly products. I use it each time I set my hair in the shower. It smells beautiful and does a great job in adding to my curly girl hair routine!

The best prep for curly hair
You can always trust Aveda Be Curly products. I have been using Be Curly Style-Prep for many years despite its cost as it is the only prep that does not weigh down my hair in humid weather. However, it might be too hardening on dry days. I use Be Curly enhancer when the humidly is low.
