Apply to scalp, lather, then rinse. Reapply, leave in for 2 minutes, and rinse thoroughly. Use 1-2 times per week.

Recommended nourishing shampoo
I bought Karite Nutri Intense Nourishing Shampoo by chance in France where I traveled earlier this year. I found it effectively nourish my dry hair without making it look oily and flat. After shampoo, I found my hair gets strengths, clean and light but with volume. My hair is not extremely dry and really is damaged due to coloring for more than 30 years. I will continue using it and am happy that I can buy it in HK too.
