Unlike the Obagi-C® Rx collection which utilises Hydroquinone, the Obagi-C® Fx range features anti-ageing solutions powered by Vitamin C and a less-invasive alternative (to Hydroquinone) called Arbutin for its skin-lightening properties. Catering specifically to normal to dry skin types, this five-step treatment cleanses, nourishes, hydrates, repairs and protects your complexion with round-the-clock care.

Brimming with antioxidant properties, this skincare system will help improve discoloration, wrinkles and other signs of ageing with regular use.

C-Cleansing Gel (180ml)
Lift away dirt and impurities using Obagi’s cleansing gel that’s enriched with Vitamin C. Able to remove excess oil and makeup as well as daily build-ups, the cleanser effectively refreshes your complexion, leaving it ready to absorb moisturisers or serums. Despite being a cleanser, the gel also targets areas of pigmentation as well as photo-ageing signs, meaning your skin will take on a brighter, healthier-looking finish. It helps to diminish these darker areas thanks to the powers of Vitamin C, evening your skin tone to create a more radiant illusion. Added Aloe Vera delivers a comforting, cooling effect, helping to ward off irritation for long-lasting comfort during the day.

C-Balancing Toner (198ml)
A toning lotion that respects skin’s natural pH for a calm, healthy-looking finish. Powered by beneficial ingredients, the effective formula works to refresh and revitalise. Witch Hazel offers a soothing step, thought to alleviate the look of irritation and inflammation on skin. This versatile component may also tighten the appearance of enlarged pores. Aloe Vera completes the calming cocktail, striving to keep skin moisturised and comfortable. The balancing toner helps to target excess oil production while prepping complexions for the next part of your skincare regime.

C-Clarifying Serum (30ml)
Obagi’s serum works to brighten your skin tone, leaving behind a more luminous radiance that has a natural, healthy-looking glow. Formulated using 10% L-Ascorbic Acid, otherwise known as Vitamin C, the blend aims to encourage consistent colouring for a more even surface. It can improve the overall look of hyperpigmentation and dark spots, helping to lighten their appearance over time to make them less noticeable. This can create a more youthful illusion and may disguise the look of certain types of damage. Thanks to Arbutin, skin will seem lighter as it targets pigmentation that forms below skin, aiming to prevent future hyperpigmentation before it occurs.

C-Therapy Night Cream (57g)
Diminish the appearance of dark spots with this brightening night moisturiser. Night after night, the formula helps gradually lighten the look of hyperpigmentation and fade sun spots, age spots, acne scars and melasma for a more unified-looking skin tone, while simultaneously preventing the development of future freckles and spots linked to sun exposure. Powerful antioxidant Vitamin E helps to boost skin’s defences against UV damage and other external aggressors that can cause skin to age prematurely. Massage into skin nightly as the last step of your bedtime skincare ritual to provide deep moisturising action while brightening and improving skin tone.

Sun Shield Matte Broad Spectrum SPF 50 (85ml)
As the last step to your daily skincare ritual, always apply SPF-infused sunscreen. Boasting the maximum broad-spectrum (UVA and UVB) protection with SPF 50, this matte-finish formula envelops your skin with a protective veil that deflects the harmful effects of UV rays and sun exposure. Lightweight and non-greasy, the powerful sunblock applies completely sheer without leaving behind any ashy residues for a shine-free finish. It’s powered by 16.5% Zinc Oxide, 10% Homosalate and 5% Octisalate; a combination of photostable and water-resistant powerhouse ingredients to capture and absorb all types of ultraviolet light (short and long-wave), preventing DNA damage and premature ageing caused by sun exposure.

Cleanser: Apply to damp face and neck with moistened fingertips, rub in circular motion and rinse completely with lukewarm water. Follow with Obagi-C Clarifying Serum in the morning.

Toner: Use twice daily, in the morning and evening after cleansing. Use 3-4 pumps of toner on a cotton ball, apply to the entire face and let dry.

Serum: Use once daily, in the morning. Apply 5-7 drops of serum to the entire face. Massage gently.

Night Cream: Use daily in the evening. Dispense a small amount (approximately 1 to 2 pea-size drops) and apply to the entire face. Massage in gently.

Sunscreen: Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure and as needed. Use a water resistant sunscreen if swimming or sweating. Reapply at least every 2 hours. For children under six months of age: consult a doctor. Store at room temperature.
