Apply the foundation with clean fingertips, or a slightly damped sponge or foundation brush.
Apply small amount of foundation on top of your hand or your sponge/ brush put small drops of foundation on your cheeks and forehead and blend by your fingertips. Spread foundation gently.
Do not forget to apply the powder to your nose and lip area as well as your neck line.

Harmful chemicals
I bought this online and horrified to read that one of the ingredients in this is butylphenyl methyl propional. This is banned in the EU. I regret my purchase.

Note cosmetic detox and protect foundation
Note foundation is a great foundation because it blends easily and it is a buildable foundation. It has a medium to full coverage and it is helpful to hide blemishes. It has a lightweight and creamy texture. It's a foundation that's nice for dry skin with an illuminous effect. If you have oily skin, you will have to use a matifying powder.
