Put a small quantity into the hands, allow balm to soften and then apply to the tummy and breasts, avoiding the nipples. Spread evenly and gently massage in to aid absorption. It will depend on the size of the tummy, but no more than one teaspoon per application should be needed. For best results apply twice a day.

Mother’s balm
Excellent product for stretch marks takes a while to absorb but skin is soft and no sign of new stretch marks yet! Go through it quickly though so good value on look fantastic!
