Make sure both your skin and BEAR™ device are clean and dry. Then apply the FOREO SUPERCHARGED™ Serum (not included) evenly across all the areas of the face / neck you wish to treat, leaving a thin mask-like layer on the surface of the skin.
Press the universal button to turn your BEAR™ device on. Adjust the microcurrent intensity by quick-pressing the button again, once for each level. Access guided treatment videos and more settings via the FOREO app. To tone and lift: Lightly press both metallic spheres to your skin, and slowly glide the device upward and outward across your cheekbones and forehead, around your mouth and over your jawline and neck, as desired.
Please Note: Microcurrent devices like BEAR™ 2 go must be used with a conductive serum. For optimal results, use the FOREO SUPERCHARGED™ Serum 2.0 — developed specifically for use with FOREO’s microcurrent devices. Leave a thin, mask-like layer of FOREO SUPERCHARGED™ Serum on skin, so the device can glide smoothly. If treating many areas in one session, you can apply the serum to each area before you use microcurrent on that area. Never use microcurrent devices like BEAR™ 2 go on the midline bone of the neck, or within the orbital bone. Make sure that both microcurrent spheres are touching your skin during your treatment. Always glide the device in upward and outward motions, from the center of your face toward your hairline.

Amazing beauty gadget

My first love is makeup, but it does involve skincare too and only the best skincare products and devices. I have to say that I wasn't expecting much from this mini version of a microcurrent device, but it has delivered real and amazing results. A lot less makeup is needed for contouring now

Deffo the best
It's deffo the best facial device I've ever tried! It's travel friendly too, I took it on holiday with me and to my delight, I didn't need to charge it the whole time I was away. It's effective, gives results quickly and it doesn't shock me senseless. I'm super glad I bought it, and feel like it has helped a tonne achieve my skin goals in such a short time.

Absolutely amazing
This is an absolutely amazing microcurrent device. I've just started out with microcurrent so I'm fairly new to it, but what sold me on this rather than a device from a different brand was the anti shock system. Some of my friends that use microcurrent devices told me that they experience shocks sometimes but that hasn't happened to me thanks to this feature. I've had it for a few weeks already and it has made a huge difference in that time. I feel so lucky to have had access to something this good.

Wow!
I just turned 37 and feel it's truly time to take better care of my skin. I bought this a couple of weeks ago as a birthday treat and I can't find any downsides to it. I use it daily with the conductive serum (which is so hydrating!) and can tell that it has ironed out the fine lines around my eyes and mouth. It gets into the hard to reach places nicely and it doesn't hurt, which is a total win because most of these anti-ageing methods tend to hurt a bit.

Incredible
I used to use a different microcurrent device before getting the Bear 2 go, and I much prefer the Bear 2 go. It has never electrocuted me, I haven't experienced any negative side effects or discomfort, and it definitely looks like it's doing a great job. The treatments are fairly quick and to follow. I'm so pleased with it.

loving it
It is amazing - this little guy has two microcurrent types and it is super effective. It is so compact and easy to use. I take it everywhere with me. There's a noticeable difference when it comes to my wrinkles, they are not there anymore.

So nice
Really nice device to have! I use it regularly and I'm so happy that it doesn't shock me, which was what put me off trying microcurrent for so long. It's really easy to use, I love the serum that goes with it as well. Overall, I'm getting results and I'm quite impressed with it so far.
