This is my favourite eyeliner, the mini version makes it easier to hold (for me anyway!) and I find it easier to create a wing than with a large pen version. It creates a precise line and if I add a little primer to my eyelids it stays in place and doesn’t rub off or run, I’ve been using this eye liner for years!
