I've used the Deep Sleep spray for over a year and it works brilliantly, thought I'd mix it up and try this and it doesnt work as well and I'm not even sure the smell lasts as long either.

Does what it says! Breathing in the lovely lavender fragrance deeply relaxes. Sprayed onto my pillow and cuddly toy then just concentrated on the smell. I was asleep in no time. Have recommended it to 2 friends and they concur it's brilliant.

I purchased this product due to my partner struggling to sleep for the past few months. Most nights he cannot sleep until 2-3am and even then the sleep is broken. I sprayed this a few times onto the pillows and bed linen at 10pm and by 10:30pm he was asleep. Only waking once or twice briefly all night. I am more than satisfied with this product and hope this is the start of some restful nights (for both of us!)

I notoriously have trouble sleeping and this product has been such a saviour. For the past week I have spritzed a little on my pillow and the lavender calms my mind and I have been drifting off to sleep much more quickly than I ever have before. The scent isn't too overpowering and I also noticed it lasts through the night. If you are a light sleeper or have trouble sleeping I couldn't recommend this enough!!

Having struggled with to sleep properly for a long time, this was recommended to me by a friend. I was sceptical but gave it a try It works! A couple of sprays across the pillow and I drifted off into a relaxed peaceful slumber. I wake refreshed and ready to face the day. This product arrived well packaged and I think it is good value for money.
