I had been on the fence about taking collagen tablets for a while and now I’m asking why I waited. I’ve been taking these for a couple weeks now and find a big difference in my skin, not just on my face but my body. Skin isn’t as dry as it normally is and find my face a bit more plump and full.  My nails are growing at a ridiculous rate (now need to get my nails done every 10 days).  I have a hip issue and find I’m getting more movement and can last a bit longer at the gym.

Early days with these and I think you really need to give them a couple of months but they are easy to swallow and sometimes vitamins can make me sick or nauseous absolutely no problems with these. I will continue to take and submit another review next time I buy.

I didn’t know what to expect with these, but after just one week my skin feels amazing.  Visibly I’m not sure but definitely feels more plump and smooth. I removed a star as the capsules are difficult for me to swallow.  I would highly recommend just for the experience.
