I use this toner regularly and it brightens my Hair perfectly. It’s worth spending the extra on FUDGE as I’ve bought cheaper makes in the past and I can tell the difference in quality - it’s a must for blondes!

Shampoo and conditioner are great. My hair is again the perfect blond color. My hair doesn't frizz perfectly smooth. I recommend it to everyone
