Poor
1Fell for the hype and bought this. I used it on top of primer, and by noon, I had racoon eyes. Today, I went back to Clinique's cream brush on liner and even with no primer, it has stayed put. So disappointed with Bobbi Brown, I fancied a change but I've wasted money. It did not even apply smoothly, felt really dry even though it was brand new.
