These have definitely helped when I was going through a stage of thinning hair. I have a lot of regrowth at the front and my hairdresser has commented that my usual thickness is almost back all over now. Will continue to repurchase and recommend.

Taste nice! Only used these gummy’s for the months supply I had, I’m on a hair health journey and I can definitely see an improvement in my hair but I can’t say if it’s 100% from the gummies or the fact I’ve stopped bleaching and using as much heat on my hair? But I would re purchase!
