My favourite liquid highlighter

After being a powder highlight person throughout my early 20s, I decided to move to liquid highlight when I started to wear a lighter foundation. This one is amazing and such good value, you need the tiniest bit and it gives you a very opaque but still natural looking highlight! It suits my skintone much better after having used ice-white powder highlighters previously.

I waited forever for this product to come, so the anticipation was real. I’ve used this illuminator in a variety of different ways and I’ll inform you guys on the best way I think it works. I understand everyone has different opinions, so this may differ for everyone. I tried the formula on my face alone and then added the foundation and I’ve tried mixing the illuminator with foundation. I liked the method of mixing the illuminator with the foundation, because it gave me more of a dewy look. I think if you do the products one step at a time, it looks more matte and it gives off an inconsistent texture. I do feel like I’m glowing instantly, but the glow doesn’t last all day. I was looking for something that’s a little more lasting.
