I’ve been using it since 4th of May, it difficult to see baby hairs.. but my nails are stronger with less than 3 weeks of usage, and noticed that my baby hairs are getting longer and stronger.. i use two pills everyday with a whole glass of water in the morning before even my coffee.. when i finish my bottle definitely i’ll write the review again.. for those who are worry about the taste it’s just like the taste of fish oil capsules but very smaller in size Note that: i am using phyto ampules and volume lotion from phyto as well
