No frizz, not sticky or crunchy at all. This stuff is seriously incredible. My summer go-to.

Works perfect! When dry my hair is soft without being frizzy. I am 50 and have semi curly hair (with age more frizz then curl)). I can now easily leave the house without doing anything to my hair, giving it the waivy California look. Great product - would definitely recommend!!!
