4Bought this on a bit of a whim. I wanted a dark brown eyeliner to complete my go to brown smokey eye. I've only used this once which is why I'm giving it 4 stars. It's pigmented and really creamy which makes it easy to blend. Not sure how long it would last in the waterline as I'm yet to try that but all good things so far.

Dream pencils
5I have 3 of these pencils and each is as amazing as the other. So pigmented with the perfect amount of shimmer. Super creamy so blend really easily yet once dried they don’t budge. Great in the waterline too. Absolutely recommend.
