The first step in the 3-part treatment system works to prepare the scalp and hair; using Glyco-Shield Technology to sweep away dirt, impurities and excess oil for a cleansed and refreshed feeling. Scalp Therapy Revitalizing Conditioner
Fortified with Pro-Color Shield Technology to help remove follicle-clogging sebum, fatty acids and environmental residue from the scalp and hair, the formula unleashes the volumising powers of Bioamp and Scalp Access Delivery 2.0. These two technologies work in tandem to improve thickness, control moisture balance, amplify hair structure and deliver UV-protection.
Scalp & Hair Treatment
Designed as the final step in the 3-part treatment process, the silky formula envelops each strand in a protective seal, helping to prevent hair loss due to breakage whilst refreshing and hydrating the scalp. The brand’s own Scalp Access Delivery 2.0 technology provides UV protection in order defend locks against colour fade, working to deliver improved health, strength and vibrancy after use.
Shampoo: Gently massage into hair and scalp. Rinse well.
Conditioner: Apply from scalp to ends. Leave in for 1-3 minutes. Rinse.
Treatment: Shake well. Apply evenly to entire scalp. Do not rinse.

I don't use anything else now.
It does assist in the growth and thickness of hair. However you need to still get to the root of the reason you're losing hair. For example you could be iron deficient or something. For me, I started losing my hair due to an autoimmune disease called Hashimotos Thyroiditis. Once I got my thyroid levels right with medication, my hair started growing back but this stuff helped it grow back fast and thicker than usual. Would recommend.
