It helps
A little hoes along way. The price is worth it. I wash my hair once a week and these lasted me just shy of 1 year and I'm pretty sure they helped my hair after loosing alot of weight I was losing ALOT of hair and I believe without this product I'd of lost ALOT MORE. very happy with the product.
