Beware if you've sensitive skin

Please be mindful of this product if you have sensitive skin! It burnt areas of my face and neck, left my skin really dry and painful. It has flared my eczema again and so I wouldn't recommend this to anyone who does have sensitive skin.

I just recently started using the neutrogena hydro boost city mist and I love the smell and how it made me face feel. So I decided to grab this to help take my water proof make up off and whatever dirt and oil accumulated over the day. It works well, has a nice smell and so far it hasn’t irritated my skin.
