The cream has a great consistency, it absorbs quickly, but I didn't notice any improvement in the condition of my skin. There are better creams. It also spoiled quickly, in 3 months it started to smell strange.

Was a little unsure after reading reviews as mixed results. But honestly, the best product ever for me. Honestly tightens my thighs after a good work out and shower. Love leaving this in and feeling the slight tingling.

Disappointing

I had a sample of Shrink to Fit, which showed visible results really quickly, improving the look of my legs.  This is no longer available and replaced by Smooth Move.  The blurb said it was an improved formula, I’m really disappointed as it doesn’t seem to have made any difference to my skin & doesn’t seem to be a patch on its predecessor.  I won’t be buying it again

i use this product pre and post my work out as I really enjoy a daily run but with the colder mornings coming in, my legs can feel more lethargic. this gel is amazing, you feel it start to work instantly and it works a treat at reviving tired muscles. Would highly recommend.
