Little disappointing
3The colour match was good, not often I can find a foundation to fit my skin tone without seeing it in person (pale with a pink undertone) but this worked well. It is very quick drying so I’d recommend doing your foundation in sections rather than applying to the full face. I have combination skin and unfortunately I found that while coverage was initially good, the foundation sank quickly into fine lines and flaked on dry areas while sliding on oily areas. I’ve tried combining with different primers and with none but so far haven’t had much luck. Back to the double wear for me I’m afraid

Beautiful
5Bought Illamasqua skin base foundation in SB 8. I normally wear MAC Studio Fix in NW30 and found the SB 8 to be a perfect colour match. Foundation feels lighter than MAC but the coverage is equal if not better. Feels lovely on my face - not heavy and doesn't sit in fine lines. My skin has changed in recent months and my usual MAC just didn't look right - it looked too caked. This foundation is lightweight but gives full coverage. I am converted!!

Love it!
5Love this foundation! Gives amazing coverage without being too dry when applying, but it also doesn't go oily through the day if set with powder. Blends really well with a brush and don't have to use much product to get a perfect base. Think it is my new favourite!

Best foundation
5First I've ordered SB08, unfortunately it was to dark to my skin tone, so I've ordered another one in color 4.5. I am mixing those two to get the perfect shade. I have very sensitive skin and it doesn't irritate it at all!

5Every time this runs I get tempted to try a new foundation. I spend 50+ and then order this again within a week. Identically matches my skin tone, goes on great and is buildable with extra coverage. Doesn't damage my skin or causes break outs. I love it and from now on won't be getting any others.

Good foundation
4I'm sure I'm not the only person always looking for the perfect foundation . This isn't perfect but I do quite like it. Comes in a shaped container .and you do have to press quite hard to get it out. Quite a stiff consistency but blends in well, you don't need much to get good coverage. Colour a good match for me too. Will use this but probably won't rebuy, ok but not perfect for me.

5This foundation is my fave it has good coverage but a dewy finish, it's longwearing but not cakey and keeps skin looking youthful x

Feels and looks fantastic!
5I’ve been using Illamasqua products since January and this foundation is by far the best I’ve ever used! It’s a nice consistency so is super easy to apply and used with the hydra veil primer and setting powder it lasts for the longest time. There’s an amazing amount of shades to compliment and match every skin tone which is fab for my pale complexion, it’s the best match I’ve ever found! Would and do recommend this to anyone, well worth the money!
