This shampoo is a very dark purple and from what I've heard the darker the dye the better. It's difficult to say how well this works as my hair seems to change in tone every time I wash it! My hair is a medium brown and I'm not blonde though I've been told you can use purple dye on brown hair too. I do believe it does work and you'll likely see a more noticeable effect on blonde hair.

This product is awesome, it removed my brassy platinum blonde hair, and turned it into a gray/beige colour and gives it a great shine. It's very powerful so I only use a few drops and mix it with a regular shampoo so it doesn't turn grey/purple. Definitely sticking to this product, I have tried all kinds of silver shampoos in the past, and this one is the only one that has given the results i wanted.
